Carisa Richter, PA-C
I received my undergraduate degree in Biology from Abilene Christian University in May 2003. In 2007, I graduated with a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from Texas Tech University Health Science Center in Midland, Texas.
After completing my medical training I stayed in west Texas for several years, practicing as a clinician in a Family Medicine, Occupational Medicine and Urgent Care clinic. After re-locating to the Conroe area in 2010, I joined the staff at Lone Star Family Health Center where I continued my career as an outpatient clinician in Family Medicine. During this time I experienced the benefits of being a “mom” at Lake Area Pediatrics while Dr. Robinson and his staff cared for my children.
In the fall of 2013 I joined Dr. Robinson and his staff in caring for children in the Montgomery area.
I am a licensed Physician Assistant by the Texas Medical Board and maintain my national certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. I am a fellow member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. I was born and raised in central Texas. My husband and I were married in 2004.
Outside of the clinic, I am very busy spending time with my husband and two children. I enjoy reading, gardening, decorating, jogging and being involved in church activities.
